Lošinj Hotels Chat is a online customer support that allows you to easily communicate through our official website with an e-marketing officer.
Customer support is at your service every working day, from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00. Subject to availability of the officer, online status is shown, Available or Offline. In the event when all the officers are busy, Busy status is shown.
Clicking on the icon situated on the left side of the website, below the booking widget, will bring up a pop up window that loads a Google Talk Chatback application. To use the application it is not necessary to be a registered user of Google's services, it is sufficient to write a question in the field at the bottom of the window and to confirm (send) the question using the Enter key.
All chats are private, one-to-one, which means that you can talk to e-marketing officer and other visitors will not see your messages nor talk to you. The warning message ''You are chatting with an unidentified user. Be careful what you discuss'' and other messages, are being automatically generated by the chat service provider so Jadranka hotels cannot influence on that nor on any eventual errors of third party services.
