Family Vespera Hotel**** - the newest among high-quality Jadranka hotels
16,9 million euros is invested in Vespera hotel reconstruction. This, first-class hotel will welcome its first guests in May 2009. By concept, invested funds amount, appearance and facilities it is the most important this year investment of Jadranka Hoteli d.o.o.
The hotel has 404 accommodation units (single, double and connected family rooms, suites, rooms for disabled persons).
However, Vespera Hotel is much more than a high-quality hotel. Pursuant to its orientation in the tourist market as a so called Family hotel, Vespera will offer especially huge range of facilities for children and adults. It’s particularly suitable for families with small children. Babysitting programme, particular amenities such as prams and water kettles are just some of the many facilities that will make for a carefree vacation. Hotel is completely child friendly - from reception desk, mini buffet and highchairs to special corners for mothers where they can prepare food suitable for their children. Highly equipped playrooms with toys and mattress for the youngest to Playstation for teenagers will satisfy different needs and ages.
Top-quality product for the whole family - an experience spread all over the project and visible in its every detail. A special attraction, part of the hotel’s offer, is an outdoor swimming pool complex spreading over 3 000 m2, on three levels cascading down towards the sea.
There is a big swimming pool 37 m long with massagers and waterfalls, along with two swimming pools for children with various attractions, as waterfalls, clown water figure and similar.
Various indoor and outdoor areas will satisfy the most demanding ones. Playrooms and clubs for children and adults are spread over 500 m2. Numerous outdoor multifunctional areas are suitable for all kinds of sports and entertainment events. We offer diverse programmes any time of day for all ages (Baby Club, Mini Club, Teen Club).

About hotel construction:
By this project completion, Jadranka hoteli d.o.o. will strengthen its position as a superior Croatian hotelier. Such a demanding project required thorough preparations in the course of 9 months. Besides excellent cooperation with Town of Mali Lošinj and all the state institutions, significant contribution was made by the project manager Tihomir Knezić. The project general contractor was company Radnik d.d. from Križevci.
