When should you plan your journey? What’s the simplest way to check in? Which of the services and facilities available in our hotels can make your stay more relaxed and enjoyable? These are just some of the questions to which you’ll find the answers in this text – plus a few useful hints for a pleasant stay in our hotels.
1. Best price guarantee
Maybe you’re our regular visitor or maybe this is your first time: in either case, make sure you contact our team before booking your stay. We guarantee the best price on the internet!
2. Before departure
One week before your arrival, we’ll email you with the necessary information and details concerning your stay. For example, you’ll learn that beach towels and bags are provided in our hotels, and that the Family Hotel Vespera offers children’s equipment such as strollers, children’s bathtubs, and highchairs. Therefore, there’s no need to wait. Just pack your clothes, accessories and documents, and you’re ready to go! Even if you forget something, don’t worry – our hotels are just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Mali Lošinj, where you’ll find everything that you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. For guests arriving by plane, we offer a transfer service from nearby airports directly to the hotel.
3. Avoid the weekend crowds (if possible)
The biggest crowds during check-in typically happen on weekends. If your work allows it, we recommend arriving during the week. Start your holiday in a laid-back manner.
4. Check the ferry timetable in advance
Before your departure, make sure you’ve studied the ferry timetable, and plan to arrive at the port at least half an hour earlier (both on arrival and departure) to avoid any inconveniences. Check-in at our hotels is from 14:00 (except in the Bellevue, which is from 15:00), and check-out is by 11:00 (in the Bellevue, by 12:00 noon). If your arrival is late, give us a call so we can have a meal ready for you when you arrive.
Maybe you’ve arrived early? While you’re waiting for your room to be ready, have a glass of your favourite drink on the hotel terrace and take in the magic of the sea and the scent of the pines.
5. When checking in, have the documents of all travellers, the voucher (if you have one), and a credit card ready
In addition to your documents, it is important to prepare a credit card. It doesn’t have to be the one with which you’ll make your payment: you can pay in cash or with another credit card. This one only serves as a means of payment guarantee at check-in.
6. Enjoy the offer of our hotels – only the best for you and your family!
Each of our hotels is unique in its own way. The Hotel Vespera is perfectly suited to the needs of our youngest guests, and offers fun, games and attractive entertainment programmes. The Hotel Aurora will help you relax completely with its signature wellness treatments, while the Hotel Punta offers some of the best sports programmes, such as Les Mills group exercises. Čikat Cove is special in so many ways: our hotels Alhambra and Bellevue are all about creating a feeling of elegance and luxury.
Enjoy a fantastic culinary experience, such as our signature Dine Around programme. All you have to do is go to reception in time and reserve a table in our great seaside restaurants. This culinary journey invites you to fully enjoy everything that Lošinj has to offer and to recharge your batteries.
The Lošinj archipelago is diverse and fun. It is steeped in history dating back thousands of years and exudes the beauty of unspoilt nature. Our concierge will help you acquaint yourself with the island and recommend excursions based on your wishes and interests.
We are particularly proud of our attractive and award-winning wellness & spa programmes. Each hotel offers its own wellness & spa experience. Make sure you try them all!
For all guests who love (or have) to work on holiday, we can provide office services such as photocopying, scanning and printing.
7. Free Wi-Fi
All our hotels, villas and restaurants have free Wi-Fi. Connect on arrival at the hotel, visit our official website and follow us on social networks to learn more about the services and facilities available in our hotels.
8. In Croatia, you still cannot pay in euros
This means that you have to prepare Croatian kuna for all cash payments. You can bring them with you or change your currency into kuna at our hotel’s exchange offices.
9. Check-out can be quicker
… if you settle your bill on the evening before departure. Start your morning in a laid-back manner, hand in the keys of your room, and depart without any stress.
We are at your disposal for any other questions you might have. We are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible for you and your family. Welcome!
