Croatian Chef Mario Mandarić, renowned for making Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in 2021, leads the kitchen at the Michelin-starred Noel in Zagreb. His culinary journey spans from Thailand to the UK, which features in his innovative and globally inspired cuisine, where local ingredients blend with an international, particularly Asian, touch.

Austrian Chef Michael Gollenz, named the Great Chef of Tomorrow in 2022, leads the kitchen at the Michelin-starred Alfred Keller, where he elevates international flavors with the local food movement. The finest Croatian produce, fish, and meat take center stage, masterfully crafted with island herbs and ingredients that celebrate tradition, culture, and artistry.

Highlights of the 4-hands menu include a selection of thoughtfully curated dishes, from a pea and matcha tartelette to trout with cold vin jaune and elderflower sauce. Each course is perfectly paired with wine.
