On Saturday, June 28th at 7:30 PM, we warmly invite you to an enchanting culinary evening on the island of Lošinj, where the rustic charm of Konoba Cigale will come alive with the rich flavors and spirit of Dalmatian heritage. This thoughtfully curated event offers a unique opportunity to experience Croatian culinary tradition elevated by a fine dining touch, in the hands of two exceptional chefs. Chef Dinko Lekić, the heart and soul of Konoba Cigale, will be joined by the celebrated Michael Gollenz, the Michelin-starred chef of Boutique Hotel Alhambra, as they craft a menu that gracefully weaves authenticity with elegance.
The evening will be further enriched by the presence of renowned Istrian winemaker Moreno Coronica, whose expertly selected wines will accompany each course in a harmonious pairing designed to enhance every flavor. To complete the atmosphere, live acoustic guitar will gently fill the air, adding warmth and rhythm to a night of taste, connection, and quiet joy beneath the summer sky.
