1. Where can I find accommodation prices?
Hotel prices can be found by clicking the “Search” or “Book” button at the top of our web page. In order to see the price or check the availability, you have to select the hotel and enter the arrival and departure dates, number of persons, and select the service (bed and breakfast or half board).
2. Are the prices expressed per room or per person?
Prices are expressed per accommodation unit. Depending on the accommodation facility, the price can include breakfast, half board, or daily rent without meals.
3. Will my credit card be charged at the moment of booking?
A credit card guarantee or an advance payment is required to secure your booking. A valid credit card is required only as a guarantee, and it will not be charged at the moment of booking unless stated otherwise in the offer. Payment is to be made at the hotel reception in euros.
4. How can I change or cancel my reservation?
If you want to change or cancel your reservation, you can do so online by clicking the link we sent you in the confirmation email, by calling the reservation centre on +385 51 66 1111, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. Do I have to pay if I cancel my reservation?
The cancellation policy is stated in the general terms and conditions of every price list. We advise you to read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
6. What is the price of tourist tax?
The tourist tax amount depends on the date of your stay and the guest’s age. From January to March and from October to December the tourist tax amounts to EUR 1.30 per person/day. From April to September, it amounts to EUR 1.80 per person/day. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying the tourist tax, and children aged 12-18 pay 50% of the tourist tax.
7. Which hotel would you recommend for disabled persons?
All our hotels have accommodation units which cater to disabled persons. However, according to guest satisfaction, the Vitality Hotel Punta has received the highest grade.
8. Are pets allowed in hotels/apartments?
This can be arranged at the moment of booking, by telephone or email, but only in hotels that welcome pets. The Boutique Hotel Alhambra and Punta Apartments charge an additional fee for pets. Pets, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not allowed into communal areas such as restaurants, pools, wellness areas and fitness centres.
9. When can I enter my room on arrival day and when do I have to vacate it on departure day?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. in all LH&V hotels. Check-out is until 12 noon in hotels Bellevue and Alhambra, and until 11 a.m. in hotels Aurora, Vespera, Punta, Kredo and Diana, as well as in apartments Punta. Earlier check-in and later check-out are possible depending on the room availability on the arrival/departure day, which can be checked at the hotel reception on the arrival/departure day. Should you arrive at the hotel before 3 p.m., check at the reception if your room has already been prepared for you. Moreover, should you wish to prolong your stay on departure day, you can do so at the hotel reception. Prolonged stay for departure date will be charged 50 % of the room rate.
10. Are deck chairs and parasols included in the price?
Deck chairs and parasols that are available by hotel pools are free of charge for hotel guests. The same applies to deck chairs and parasols on the beaches in front of the Bellevue and Alhambra hotels, whereas they are charged by the concession holder on the beaches in front of the Vespera, Punta and Aurora hotels.
11. How far is the parking lot from the hotel?
Parking lots are located just a few steps away from all of our hotels. Parking places are reserved solely for our guests, against a surcharge.
12. Is it possible to receive special food arrangements for people with food allergies or dietary needs?
The meal offer in our restaurants is diverse and suitable for guests with food/gluten allergies, vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, and people with special dietary needs. Please indicate the dietary type at the moment of booking, so that we can make necessary arrangements during your entire stay.
13. Can I pay with a bank or credit card?
You can pay for your stay in cash, with a bank card, or with a credit card. We accept VISA, AMEX, DINERS, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.
14. Is there an exchange office at the hotel?
You can exchange your money at the exchange office located at the hotel reception.
15. Do you charge an entry fee for the gym, sauna and pool?
Guests of all of our hotels can use the gym, sauna and pools free of charge.
16. Can I book a transfer to/from the hotel with you?

17. What is the ferry schedule to get to the island of Lošinj?
You can check the ferry schedule on the following link: https://www.jadrolinija.hr/en. Remember, when arriving on the island of Lošinj, the port of departure is called Valbiska (the island of Krk), and the port of arrival is called Merag (the island of Cres).
18. When is breakfast/dinner served?
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. in all of our hotels (except in the Boutique Hotel Alhambra, where it is served until 11 a.m.). Dinner is served from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
19. Can we decide on arrival or during our stay if we wish to add dinner to our booking?
If you subsequently wish to add dinner to your booking, you can do so at the hotel reception. In this case, the total booking amount will be increased by a fee of EUR 22 per person (children up to 3 years – free of charge; children between 3 and 5 years – pay only 50% of the full price; children between 5 and 12 years – pay 75% of the full price).
20. Can I rent a boat at the hotel?
Depending on your wishes and needs, you can choose a boat from our Cap Camarat fleet. A boat can be rented with or without a skipper. Simply contact the concierge at the hotel reception or request it when booking your stay.
21. We are arriving by electric car. Do your hotels have charging stations?
Hotels Punta and Bellevue have charging stations, which can be used free of charge by all of our hotel guests. Furthermore, there is also an electric vehicle charging station in the centre of Mali Lošinj, on Priko street, which is available to everyone.
22. Can we add a cot for a child to our room?
Please indicate the need for a cot at the moment of making a reservation, so that we could provide you with one. You will be charged EUR 8 for a cot.
23. Can I buy a gift, spa or restaurant voucher?
