Lošinj Hotels & Villas is proud to announce a new level of personalized service at Boutique Hotel Alhambra. Starting with the 2026 season, we are introducing Butler Service, an exclusive service designed for guests staying in our most prestigious suites.
Butler Service will be available from May 1 to September 30 for guests of the Augusta Suite, Augusta Grand Suite and Luxury Suite, positioning Boutique Hotel Alhambra among the few hotels in Croatia offering this level of highly personalized service.
Designed as an enhancement of the hotel’s already recognized standard of luxury, Butler Service provides a fully individualized approach to every guest. The role of the butler goes beyond traditional hotel protocols and includes the organization and coordination of the entire stay, with discretion, attention to detail and impeccable service.
From a private welcome upon arrival and a personal introduction to the suite, to the organization of exclusive wine tastings, transfers, personalized excursions and cultural experiences on the island, the butler takes care of every aspect of the guest’s stay. Guests can also enjoy a range of personalized rituals that further elevate the experience, including unpacking and organizing the wardrobe, preparing a morning ritual with coffee or tea according to personal preferences, a personalized turndown with a selected fragrance ritual, and preparing a bath with aromatic salts and candles.
