Taste the Mediterranean Festival

Lošinj Hotels & Villas is proud to be a host of the renowned Taste the Mediterranean Festival, taking place for the first time in Mali Lošinj, from September 11 to 14, 2025. This prestigious international event celebrates the very best of Mediterranean cuisine, wine, and lifestyle, and we are honored to contribute through the participation of our three distinguished restaurants: Konoba Cigale, Bava Innovation, and the Michelin-starred Alfred Keller.

Bringing together top chefs from Italy, France, Slovenia, Spain, and Croatia, alongside rising culinary talents, the festival promotes the use of high-quality, authentic ingredients and traditional preparation methods that reflect the vitality and biodiversity of our island. Our culinary teams will join forces with guest chefs to prepare exquisite Mediterranean specialties and host culinary workshops, tastings, and educational sessions for students of the local Ambroz Haračić Secondary Catering School.
