Alfred Keller, the signature Michelin-starred restaurant of the 5-star Boutique Hotel Alhambra on Lošinj Island in Croatia, has been named “Europe’s Best Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant” by the World Culinary Awards. Led by young Austrian Chef Michael Gollenz, Alfred Keller’s cuisine showcases the purity of each product and Gollenz's creative vision. The Michelin Plate awarded Restaurant Matsunoki within the 5-star Hotel Bellevue on Lošinj Island has been awarded “Croatia’s Best Hotel Restaurant” by the World Culinary Awards. Led by Chef Orhan Cakiroglu, Matsunoki is the first and only Japanese restaurant on Croatia’s islands. It offers a distinctive fusion experience combining traditional Japanese cuisine with locally sourced and organic Mediterranean ingredients.
