A Michelin-star September is in store for all guests of Boutique Hotel Alhambra this year.
On September 30, gourmands have the chance to indulge in the delectable creations of Alfred Keller’s Executive Chef Michael Gollenz and 2-star Michelin Chef Axel Krause, who led the kitchen at the esteemed Seven Seas restaurant in Hamburg from 2015 to 2020. Krause’s cooking style fuses classic craftsmanship and modern ingredients, preparation methods, and creative ideas, which will perfectly marry the mastery of Michael Gollenz, who not only earned Alfred Keller a Michelin star in 2021 but was awarded the Gault & Millau Croatia Trophy ‘Great Chef of Tomorrow’ in 2022.
Live music entertainment will enhance this 4-hands dinner, destined to tantalize all the senses.
