Taste Slovenia opens at Matsunoki with an elegant dinner prepared by Chef Grega Repovž of Gostilna Repovž. Renowned for his deep respect for tradition and his farm-to-table philosophy, Repovž will present a refined tasting menu paired with wines from Edi Simčič, a boutique winery celebrated for its outstanding vineyards in Goriška Brda.

At the Michelin-starred Alfred Keller, Igor Jagodič of Restaurant Strelec presents a sophisticated menu that highlights modern Slovenian gastronomy. Each course is expertly paired with Marjan Simčič Domaine Wines, showcasing the richness and elegance of Slovenia’s winemaking heritage.

The final evening brings a distinctive culinary experience by Davor Arnautović of Gourmet Vila Muhr. His modern Alpine-inspired cuisine is complemented by exceptional Movia Wines, creating a memorable finale to this refined gastronomic journey.
