NEW IN 2019: Water training hit at the Vitality Hotel Punta

Introducing the latest exercise trend - balancing on water! FloatFit training includes squats, mountain climbers, stretches, lifts, and other exercises on a floating board. FloatFit (HIIT) classes take place on special Aqua Base boards in the pool, and provide a great combination of laughter and exercise.

Not only will the 30-minute training session strengthen your muscles and burn calories, but it will also bring tons of fun! Test the limits of your ability to balance, improve your posture and create harmony within your body.

FloatFit classes are the newest addition to Vitality Hotel Punta’s offer of activities. A half-hour training session on Sundays is included in the accommodation price for all of our guests.
